aching monday

leng on the water treatment

weekend was zooming by so fast...
we had tim sum lunch with eric and his gf at his dad;s restautant... den we went to wakeboard at punggol
the last time i ride was like 2 years ago... leng's break is even longer than mine..
thats marina sort of change... more lifely...
at least got 6 different boarding company there now...
not like last time only got uncle tom shop.

damn weak lah... the whole body like kana stretch liddat...
every pixel of the muscles is worked out...
still managed to clear two wake heelside and a mini grab.. and surface 180 back and forth...
it was good work out....

we went to taka for fish and chip.suppose to go watch show but then we are all exhausted so we hang around kinononokukuya den go home liaos...

sunday was even faster... before i can eat breakfast... it was 12pm when i woke up...

had sinful KFC for dinner and den watch singapore idol.... the rejects are really champs...
brave and courage u need to be on national scrutiny....
maybe they need to buy 5 birds for luck...
