i is still in office on the friday.sat morning...
taking a break and put some thoughts down... uncinding at the same time....
i somehow felt that writing is quite therapuetic.... (naybeys cannot spell again)
somehow my thoughts are emptied and refreshed after writing...

leng and i took a trip to shenzhen and hk and u can see we had quite abit of fun,,,

good food, good shopping and good time together...
but leng get her knee injured.... inflamation....

this weekend is burned.....
some how no one wans to own this pitch .... all seems like headless chicken.... i took up the challenge to do more...
but will it end up that i jus make my boss look good?
hack it lah... like swoosh.... i jus do it lor...

oh another thing

i is fail my IPPT.... i tried my best.... i did not stop running.. somehow i is not the same anymore...
i remember a year ago i am still smoking and i still managed to pass...
somehow now... with a little beer belly... the run gets abit more daunting...
